The sunny, non-smoking apartment has a large south-facing terrace and free parking in front of the building.

The bedroom has a large double bed with separate mattresses and a third single bed.

The bathroom features a window, a spacious walk-in shower, a bathtub, a mirror, a toilet, a sink, and a hairdryer.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, seating, a TV, and access to the terrace.

The kitchen is equipped as follows:
