"Great stay -- had everything we needed for our week in RMNP. Well supplied, plenty of spices and staple food ingredients, long kitchen table had space for 10+ people! Cabin was turnkey: potbelly stove with plenty of firewood, small fans in the bedrooms for white noise, sleds for the hill behind the house, open kitchen with large pots and pans for large group cooking...and even a boot dryer. Loved it, we'll be back."

"This house was well-equipped for our 3-night family getaway to Estes Park. We enjoyed the sound of the river rushing by and the wildlife sightings (Elk everyday and a flock of turkeys!). Proximity to town was so convenient, and we felt perfectly secluded with plenty of privacy at the house."

"Great location, views of ski resort were awesome. Clean, a lot of stairs to get to multiple levels. Odd to only have access to laundry though garage doors. Hot tub was great also. Overall would rent again."

Thoughtful touches greeted us at every turn… Keyless check-in was simple, pillows and throws were scattered throughout; a wood-burning fireplace was ready with supplies; the kitchen was well-stocked; an upstairs closet was filled with games, books, and toys; the beds and bedding were super comfortable; there was a large hot tub on the deck; tv’s were in multiple locations; even some outdoor gear was provided! "House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one...

"Property size and location was very nice. Property itself definitely needed updating and many improvements. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. We needed immediate communication with the owner after arrival for additional bedding. We sent three emails, two phone calls, and a text message between 6 and 10 PM and never heard anything back. Response came the next morning. Additional bedding was provided and the broken garbage disposal was fixed."

"The property is as advertised. Close to town and RMNP but located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything that we needed to make meals. We would recommend it again for a stay up in Grand Lake."

We spent most of our time in Steamboat, however everyone wished we could have spent more time in house. It slept 15 comfortably and made the weekend that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!"

"Na primeira noite o aquecimento do quarto principal não estava muito bom. Falamos com a recepção, apesar de ser Natal, dia 25, foram ao quarto e resolveram o problema. O quarto era grande. Tinha uma sala grande, uma cozinha, dois banheiros e um quarto grande. O hotel ficava no alto e tínhamos a visão da cidade. Como nevou muito, a vista era muito bonita."
