"Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience."

"There to support kids in 100K trail run. Convenient, very quiet. Everything we needed. Fans were helpful during the day and nice and cool at night. Safe and clean. "

"Wonderful home and fully stocked kitchen! Check in was easy and home was close to the park entrance. Loved the fact that there was a ping doing table in the garage, especially for a rainy afternoon. Proximity to the Big Thompson allowed for great access for fly fishing. "

"Awesome location close to town but high on the hill so you feel out of the mix! Beautiful views from the porch, spacious kitchen and living area, lots of beds (there are some extras other than what the listing posted). Slept 9 comfortably. Had a great time."

"Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The downtown shopping district with free parking was only a couple minutes drive. RMNP was only around 10 min drive. Steep driveway to a large parking area that easily held out 3 big SUVs and could have held 1-2 more. The home was rather warm on the hot summer day we arrived. "Ski in and out was very easy. Condo was spacious and equipped. Furnishings were dated, beds were firm and TVs were small. My expectations matched with reality and we would book again."

"Communication with the host was great, property was as described. Peaceful and away from the hustle of Estes Park, yet only 10 min to town or RMNP entrance. House was in great shape and everything you expect from your own home. I would definitely book again if headed that way."

"The house is so much more than what the pictures show. It was very beautiful, we had everything we needed and more. It was so relaxing sitting in the chairs by the creek, we saw some otters and ducks. A bear walked by and some elk decided to take a nap in the front yard!"
