"This property had everything we needed. Lots of towels, t- towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, a washer, clothes line and pegs, cot, mattress and if we needed a bottom sheet for the cot. All beds were made up and Lucy even got us a second babygate so we could use one at the top and bottom of the stairs. This house has loads of room. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 sitting rooms downstairs. (We only used the front room) loads of books and games. We adults made use of the games once...

"We recently stayed here for a week and have nothing but praise for this little hideaway cottage. It is well situated for visiting all the tourist attractions in Suffolk and is exceptionally well equipped. The cottage was spotlessly clean and Jane and Paul were really were really friendly and helpful. This cottage was like coming home to a sanctuary after busy days out exploring. Highly recommend! "

"4 night stay was fantastic. Perfect for a group whose ages ranged from 12 to 84!Tranquility of the farm was perfect. Day trips to Southwold, Norwich, Beccles and Aldeburgh all under an hour away.Fire pit at the property was a lovely touch. Along with fire starting help and free fire wood!It is a great place to spend a restful few days. You do need a car as the only drawback is that isn't a walkable pub! But there is beer at the honesty shop."
