"We traveled to the North Shore region with our two adult children and their families. The 6 kids ranged in age from 12 years to 6 months. They LOVED the house. There was something for everyone, both inside and outside. We spent the days on the shore and the evenings at the house. The down stairs activity area was beyond expectations and the game rooms upstairs was a fun spot for them to hang out. If you are loooking for a place to stay that caters to both adults and children, this is it!! ...

"Very thoughtful house you can tell the owners still visit and care for. Excellent “vibe”. We had a great time skiing, sledding, and hunkering down during some cold winter days. "

"We loved our stay. The home is well appointed-clean, secure, and welcoming. The bathrooms are modern, the beds comfy, and the family spaces, living and rec room/bar area were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciate that kayaks and a canoe were available without additional fees. We also enjoyed the electric fireplace. Perfect spot for a multigenerational gat away. Highly recommend!"

"This pet-friendly house was the perfect place for a late-June home base for our UP adventures. Having laundry available was especially helpful after riding the dusty trails that were also muddy in spots. When we were there, the only AC was a 4,000 btu window unit in the living room. It didn't get over 70 degrees during our stay, though, so it's possible more units are added as the weather warms up. There's also a dehumidifier in the kitchen to help with humidity. "This was a great place to stay while exploring Porcupine Mountains, Keweenaw Peninsula, Apostle Islands, and Lake Superior Beaches. Nice central location. Host was excellent with communication. On Thursdays, you might even get the option for homemade pasties to be delivered. House is spacious, couches are comfortable. Many items provided to ensure you can eat at the house. Loved the experience"

"We loved our stay here, such a cozy place and the back was perfect for campfire, morning walks, the hot tub, nice and simple furniture, and the moose and bear decor was adorable! Very clean and has all the amenities plus doggy supplies, we will love to come back soon!"
