Guest access via private entry, with lockable illuminated gates for security and ample parking both exposed and undercover.

Open plan wood fired living, dining and kitchen in the main area, with small openings to two upper level guest bedrooms exposing them to the warmth, sound and light of this area.

Fully serviced kitchen with stove top, oven, steamer, thermomix, pod coffee, sodastream, plate warmer and dishwasher.

Master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite with tub and his/her showers, as well as a private balcony affording mesmerizing views.

Other Things to Note

This is a high-risk bushfire area, with potentially devastating consequences, so there is a strict NO SMOKING policy and outdoor fires are BANNED during fire season starting November finishing end of April.

Small children are not recommended, as they would require constant supervision due to exposed second and third story mezzanines/spiral staircases.

The property is teeming with wildlife such as kangaroos, rabbits and birds but be aware snakes, insects and mice are also present, we do not allow pets as a result.

Rainwater is used throughout the property so considered use is greatly appreciated.

There is strictly no access to the 4-car garage on site, this is owner storage space. With this booking you only have access to the main house and not the games room.

There are 2 other owner dwellings across the 70-acre property, that are separate and away from Casa Del Mar. Owners and other guests occasionally come and go from these dwellings, you will be notified if there are people staying nearby.
