"Was offered a free upgrade to the newer/modern building but after viewing both chose the older section. Room 17. Absolutely stunning view over the rain forest to the Auckland city and downtown. Very spacious living area. Nice spa. It was dated and worn as we were told so at reception (and offered the free upgrade) but we needed the kitchenette and couldn't bypass that view. Felt like a tree house. The other units in that building didn't have the view. Parking was tight but convenient. Didn't try...

"The room was clean and amenities were fine. The towels weren’t really clean and there were stains on some of them. It was cool that there was Netflix on the TV. I was expecting a bit more for the price that I paid. Overall it was an average experience. "

"This is fine if you’re a college student on a major budget and don’t care about really dusty and musty rooms. The smell in the room was horrible. The bed was comfortable and ok but I didn’t feel safe at all (just a tiny rusty lock with a key that didn’t even work) to lock the latch on the sliding door. TV doesn’t work. No towels provided. Glad I only spent a quick night there. "

"Clean and tidy property. Plenty of beds for 8 people. However, there was not enough crockery or cutlery for us all."

"Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on...

"The house had an overall grimy dirty feel to it. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of windows etc. lots of flies. Messy lawn and rubbish outside. House served its purpose in terms of giving us all a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Shower head was broken. No top sheets on beds. Overall pretty gross."

"Support was atrocious, accomadation was not avaliable the day before we were due to leave even though i booked and was confirmed 6 weeks prior to our confirmation."

"The apartment is ex-commercial premises, like an Accountant's office, with most bedrooms having clear panels in or next to the doors. Bathroom is very small but also very new. Kitchen is shared with other people and is outside of the apartment. It was clean and in a great location - spoilt for choice on where to eat out for the venues in and around. "
