"The Drury was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to the baseball stadium, soccer stadium, hockey arena, and The Arch. Next door is also Union station with various activities and eateries. "Em nenhum local encontrei o valor do estacionamento, chegando lá só havia valet por 45 dollares. Saímos cedo de manhã, quando cheguei à tardinha o quarto não havia sido arrumado. Fui até a recepção e me informaram que para ser arrumado precisaria ter solicitado, e que naquele horário não havia mais este serviço. Ninguém havia me informado isto, muito desorganizado. "

"Honestly the staff at this hotel were Spot On, super nice and very very helpful. The overall condition of the hotel I can only give about 3 stars. Stained carpets in the lobby, elevators constantly going out, state of chairs tables etc, are very well worn. Hotel needs a little face lift and with what they charge, it should have already been done. But the staff made up the difference, never stayed somewhere that I could give a higher rating for the staff."

"Room size is good, I like it that you can actually open the window and let some fresh air in. Room was cold as there is heating only below 50F, bathroom is bad, there is no light in the shower and if you close the courtins you can barely see anything. My room was adjacent to another 2 rooms, which was not only noise, as it also made me feel very unsafe as I could hear drunk men getting in both rooms next to mine in the middle of the night, very noise and I kept checking the doors and wasn't 100%...
