The Gatehouse offers peace, privacy, and sweeping views across Wainui Bay. It’s tucked well away from the bustle of Tata Beach, with no close neighbours — just birdsong, bush, and open skies. You’re only a few minutes from the golden sands of Tata Beach and right on the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park, with the Wainui Track and Totaranui entrance nearby. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, connect with nature, and explore one of New Zealand’s most spectacular coastal regions.

Important Notes The Gatehouse sits on protected trust land: Strictly no fires, or BBQs are permitted. No pets

There is no beach access from the property. Children must be supervised due to nearby steep drop-offs.
