This UPDATED and UPGRADED Maui vacation rental condo is located in the Kanaā€™i A Nalu! (Quiet Surf) complex of Maā€™alaea Village.

This third-floor oceanview condo has a BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED and FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops and new appliances. Both updated bathrooms feature granite countertops and walk-in tiled showers.

The master bedroom comes with a view of the ocean and a king size bed with your private adjoining bathroom. If you are an early riser, you will enjoy the vibrant pink and purple sunrises through the palm trees and at night take comfort in the sound of gentle waves along the soft sand shore.

The second bedroom has two matching twin xl beds that can, if requested, be converted to make a king size bed. The guest bathroom is directly across the hall from the guest bedroom.

Enjoy this beachfront bungalow with all the amenities of a fully furnished vacation rental. From fresh linens, washer, dryer, ironing board, hair dryers, cable TV, to WiFi. The sofa folds out to a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The vacation rental offers direct ocean views to view whales from the living room and lanai. This Maui condo can sleep up to six (6) people.

Centrally located in Maā€™alaea between Lahaina and Kihei, allows vacationers the ease of experiencing the entire island with convenience. Maā€™alaea is located on the dry side of the island and is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, near the junctions of Highway 30, 310 and 380.

Maā€™alaea Beach, also known as Sugar Beach, is the longest beach on the island. It starts at Kanaā€™i A Nalu and stretches 5 miles into Kihei. Reefs in front of the beach provide protection, abundant sea life and is great for snorkeling. Snorkeling close to sunset, many guests can enjoy the majestic green sea turtles as they feed along the reef. During the winter months the area is a haven for whales and their young. Additionally, the unit offers a direct view of Molokini Crater (one of the worldā€™s best snorkeling and scuba diving destinations).

Parking for one vehicle and all other amenities are included at no extra charge.
Rates: 12/15 -4/15 $290/night plus 14.42% tax; 4/16-12/14 $240/night plus 14.42% tax and cleaning fee.

Fantastic Centrally Located Condo

Other than needing some updating here and there, this place was terrific!! Barb and Dena are outstanding to work with!! The location is perfect for getting around the island whether going to Hāna or to Kapalua. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay

Unit was great for our family of 4. It was nice to have a relatively short drive to Kihei, Lahaina, and a walk to the Ocean Centre. The beach nearby was very nice for beach walks. The unit has snorkel gear, beach towels and chairs etc, all the basics you need for your stay.

Whale watching dream

Absolutely loved the location and property. The beach is not accessible from the property, but there is a beach access about 200 feet down the road. The unit was very clean and well organized. Was so thankful for the beach towels and chairs provided. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and duvet were good quality and very soft.My favourite part of the trip was having coffee on the lanai in the morning and watching the whales breach right in front of the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

An awesome property. Clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. On the 3rd floor but thatā€™s no big deal because thereā€™s an elevator. Condo is right on the waterfront. Beach a short walk away.The host cares about her guests. Will stay there again.

Great location for Island Access

This location was great for island access. The rooms and beds were quite comfortable. Lots of fans to make the condo cooler in the afternoon, if needed. There is a local beach that is within walking distance, either take the sidewalk or scoot along the beach shore. The parking pass was easy to figure out. The door lock, not quite as quick. The condo could use a good scrubbing in the kitchen at the sink and showers in the bathrooms but still a great stay.

I have stayed in many places on Maui and neighboring Islands, and so far this condo is my top pick. It is clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Best of all it has a breath taking view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves. This condo is also centrally located.

View of the ocean with sound you can hear at night if you leave the windows open. There were plenty of items available to make our stay nice including blankets, fans, snorkel gear and kitchen items. The area is very well kept and my girls enjoyed the pool, a walk by the beach and I made use of the community grill.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay - the condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Particularly loved having coffee on the balcony as the sun came up. The pool and grounds also very clean and well appointed. First time in Maui and this was a great, central location.

Great place and location

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view was great too. The only thing that I didnā€™t like was that the A/C was on a 6 hour timer so you have to keep turning it back on. Plus the room did not cool down very well. We had 7 fans running to help the window unit to cool the condo down. It did get to a comfortable temperature eventually but this was an every evening event after coming back to the condo.

Fabulous!!!!

Barbs condo was absolutely perfect! Great location- we were able to walk to the harbor with shops and restaurants. Central location to easily access all parts of Maui. Condo was super clean and well equipped. Barb has everything you need to make you feel at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bamboo beach mats, towels, toys, a couple pairs of snorkel gear We would definitely stay here again!..

Great view. Timely response to contacts with owner. Centrally located. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Basically clean but some deeper cleaning required. Could probably free up some space by weeding out some things left by previous guests such as kids beach toys, boogie boards etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

We was a lovely place and clean. There was an air conditioner in the living room area, but the bedrooms did not have air. We were there the first week in November. It was hot and humid, so the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little too warm for us. Everything else was great though. It is well furnished with things that you might need for your vcation. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Mid island location

We came with our 3 kids for 6 nights. The condo is great- well equipped with so many things: booster seat, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. lots of fans since the rooms donā€™t have AC. There isnā€™t beach access from the grounds and from some of the pictures, it looked like there was going to be. That was a bummer. The beach access was a short walk down the street to the beach park. There is not much near there as far as food (not really walkable) but it is located centrally in the island which was convenient for all of the driving we did.

2023 Krienke Vacation

We had an amazing time there. Our apartment was beautiful clean, the pool was amazing, and the ocean beautiful. We spent our mornings surfing snorkeling repelling and sightseeing. We spend our late afternoon and evenings down by the pool and by the ocean visiting with other guests, barbecuing, and swimming. It truly was the best vacation I've ever had ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
