▪️ The studio does not have a separate bedroom or private living room.
▪️ The sleeping area includes one permanent queen bed. It is not a foldaway wall bed or sofa bed.
▪️ The bathroom includes a shower only and does not have a bathtub.
▪️ The micro-kitchenette includes a two-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, blender, and drip coffee maker.
▪️ The unit includes a TV with four complimentary premium streaming services.
▪️ The unit has window air conditioning and does not have a ceiling fan.
▪️ There is no balcony or private outdoor area connected to the studio.
▪️ Self-service laundry facilities are not available inside the unit or building.
▪️ Full cleaning, linen replacement, and personal laundry service are available for an additional $75.
▪️ Security cameras are located around the building’s exterior and in two common hallways leading toward the units. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the studios or private guest areas.
▪️ A Pack ’n Play is available upon advance request.

▪️ Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted inside the unit unless prior approval is obtained.
▪️ Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior host approval.
▪️ Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
