Waikoloa Beach Villa E2, two bedroom, two bathroom villa located in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Ground floor villa, with privacy. Smart TVā€™s in each bedroom with a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a king bed in the master. The villa has a detached garage with beach goodies inside for your use. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and a few boogie boards and snorkels to enjoy. E building is at the end of the complex, it provides privacy and easy parking with garage parking too. Two pools with hot tubs in the complex with a small work out room. New furnishings added. Note: 2025 Hilton Pool Pass is available for this property

Comfortable and clean

This place has everything you need. It's very spacious and clean. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee while our daughter ran around on the grass. My husband kept saying how it felt so much like a home and not just some random condo we rented. The pool is awesome and we swam in it every day. The beds are comfortable. We did not cook but the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to. It's within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. It's a great place and we would stay again!

Exceptional property

The big island is filled with beautiful and unforgettable views, but this rental property will also be a memorable experience. We loved that it felt so homey and cozy. The property does a good job of keeping this villa looking like paradise. We would definitely rebook if we ever came back to the big island. :) Thank you Amy ! Safe and beautiful property

Great location for annual Lavaman Triathlon

We booked this condo for the Lavaman triathlon that takes place in the area. It was very convenient for the race with walkable access to the transition, swim start, and finish line. Entry into the unit was easy, and our host provided clear instructions for all the necessary gate codes, garage door openers, etc. The condo is well equipped with cookware and everything we needed in the kitchen and although we didn't use them, there were beach chairs and other beach items available in the garage. The couch appeared new and was quite comfortable and spacious.The listing title "Ground floor villa and 2025 Hilton pool pass!" is inaccurate. After we booked, a small note "Note: 2025 Hilton Pool Pass is not available for this property" was added to the description. Perhaps it was always in the description and I missed it, but regardless, the title of the listing is misleading. The pool pass wasn't a huge deal for us, but just something to note.This unit was fine for our stay, but it could use an overall deep clean (some carpet stains and crumbs in drawers) and a general maintenance overhaul. A few bathroom lightbulbs didn't work or were quite dim, the bathroom fan didn't work, and we only had 2 washcloths for our group of 3. The checkout was a bit stricter than I'm used to, which was a bit off putting. For example, all dishes have to be clean and the dishwasher emptied when you leave. This means you can't start a load of dirty breakfast dishes just before walking out the door.

Great Location

Amy's condo was perfect for our stay. It was central to all of our day trip locations and close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining. Amy communicated quickly and we were even able to check-in early which was great. The only thing to note is the condo does not have hand soap, body wash/soap, shampoo or conditioner so be sure to bring your or purchase your own supplies.

Great location/Worn interior

My husband & I stayed here with our friends.(a couple). Its a large, spacious unit. What surpised us were the 2 towels hanging in the bathroom that appeared used. As we opened our eyes, we found the kitchen drawers to be flthy around the insides edges. 3 light bulbs inmaster bath were out, making it rather dark. The ice maker was broken and ceiling fan in master was also inop. We only had a few towels overall in the unit and they didnt match and were extremely rough. Other than that, the grounds and pool were amazing.

Roomy, comfortable condo

We had a great trip and appreciated the spacious, comfortable space to call home for a week. The couch and beds were comfortable, the a/c was easy to adjust for our preferences, and the garage was nice to keep the car cool and out of the sun. The carpet is quite stained, but everything felt clean otherwise. The best part was having everything we could possibly need for the beach- beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were priceless. There are also pool noodles, innertubes, snorkel sets, and sand toys. Some ice packs and a water filter would be a nice addition. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful time with our kids at the property. It was great to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. There was everything we need. A lots of bedding and towels, well equipped kitchen. Hilton pass is such an awesome addition. Area is beautiful, middle size gym and pool nearby.

Property was spacious and clean! It was located in a nice area, easy to get to. Walkable distance to market, restaurants, and shops. The pool pass was definitely a plus with our kids!

Harassed by resident and property management.

More family members stayed on the same property resident and the other end overlooking the golf course. Their grandson was at the pool slapping a pool noodle on the surface of the water. A resident came up and scolded my nephew. I told the resident that she should talk to the boyā€™s parents and not directly to the child. The resident then called property management with false accusations about my nephew. Property management quickly sided with the resident and even lied to us saying they saw my nephew jumping off a ā€œno climbā€ area. I knew management was lying because my nephew didnā€™t do that. This resident and property staff wouldnā€™t let it go. I think they couldnā€™t admit they were wrong so they pushed the issue to make it seem they were right. The resident made derogatory remarks about Hawaii locals. Management had the nerve to call our agent with a complaint when we didnā€™t do anything wrong. Locals should avoid this place. Sad because the property is quite nice and our agent Amy is terrific. I will add that the ice maker in the fridge doesnā€™t work and appliances are a bit outdated but other than that the place is great. Just not for locals visiting Waikaloa.

Nice Property

This was a nice property in a small gated area. Walking distance to food and some shops. The Hilton pool is nice, but we actually enjoyed the on site pool slightly more as it was usually just us. It is close to a nicer beach restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in E2 and it was clean, spacious and convenient for us. We loved everything about this place. The only downfall is waking up on the last day to wash laundry and check out by 10am. I wish we had a little more time to pack up and do laundry.

Enjoyed our stay.Pool and barbecue facilities well maintained.Location was excellent for walking around and seeing the sights. Accommodations were comfortable. Ice and water dispensers did not work on the refrigerator. Cutlery needs replacing in kitchen .

Waikoloa Beach Villas

The condo was great and had everything we needed (minus a coffee grinder). The Hilton Pool Pass was an added bonus with kids and we really enjoyed that. Most things are walkable in the area with nice sidewalks that mostly make sense. Despite this, there is excessive car usage in the Waikoloa area. The condo was quiet. Beds between soft and firm.

Niece's Wedding

After a bad experience with our original Condo in Kona, we had to relocate half way through our stay. This property was a blessing. A member of our party is wheelchair bound and this unit was spacious enough to get wheelchair in both bathrooms and move throughout the house. Ground level also made it very accessible. The complex is well maintained and close to shopping.

Easy to findā€¦

To start, it was very easy to find from the Highway. Gate entry instructions were very straight forward along with the entry to the condo. Parking was close to the front door. Upon entering, the place smelled nice and was very clean along with looking nice. There were 2 small little issues with appliances that did not affect us but we reported it and got an immediate response. My only issue was the bed was a little hard for me but the hubby slept just fine ( I always have bed comfort problems away from home). If we ever return to Kona we will see if this place is available. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with native trees, bushes and flowers. Itā€™s very close to 2 open air malls and there is a great Supermarket right across the street AND there is a beach about a mile and a half away!
