This spacious condo offers spectacular ocean views and overlooks the signature hole of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Breathe-in fresh ocean air as you admire year-round sunset views from the spacious lanai. Enjoy watching the golfers tee off as you sip your morning coffee or tea. Between December and April, you can see whales spout and breach as they swim along the Kohala Coast.

This tastefully appointed upper corner unit features an open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with appliances and utensils that a chef will appreciate. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 people. The living room features smart TV's, high speed internet, and cable TV. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room filled with natural light that filters through the picture windows and large sliding glass doors opening to magnificent golf course and ocean views. Each of the main rooms provide a ceiling fan and central air conditioning for your comfort. The lanai offers a barbeque for cooking and grilling your favorite dishes plus dining for up to six people while watching the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets.

This home features two spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms and can sleep up to six people. Enjoy golf course, sunset, and ocean views from two large windows in the master suite, which features a king-size bed with quality linens and an abundance of pillows. A large walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your luggage, clothing and accessories. The master bedroom has a high-tech height-adjustable desk for working or playing and also includes a large flat-screen smart TV. The TV has blue-tooth, USB, and HDMI ports for your devices. The en-suite master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower plus a large soaking tub and two sinks. The master bath has a linen closet filled with plush towels.

The second master suite offers a king size bed or two twin beds with quality linens and decorative pillows. A large closet offers plenty of space for your luggage, clothing and accessories. The second master bedroom has a desk for working or playing and also includes a large flat-screen smart TV. The TV has blue-tooth, USB, and HDMI ports for your devices. The adjacent second bathroom offers a combination tub and shower and two sinks.

The condo includes a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Laundry products, an ironing board and an iron are available.

The Hali’i Kai resort offers tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a half basketball court, and a putting green. The exercise pavilion offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment with an ocean-front view so you can watch whales (during whale season) while you work out. We have a fully stocked activities closet with all the “toys” you made need to enjoy local beaches, tennis and pickle ball. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler for your use.

The Hali’i Kai Resort is one of the most popular locations in the Waikoloa resort area. You can walk or drive to the fabulous Hilton Waikoloa Resort in less than 10 minutes. You can drive to the convenient King and Queens shops or the popular A-Bay beach within 15 minutes. The area features many excellent restaurants, shops and recreational opportunities including swimming, snorkeling, hiking, tennis, pickle ball, bike riding and championship golf courses. Popular ocean excursions are available from nearby A-Bay.

A $25 per day resort fee paid directly to the resort grants you access to the private oceanfront owners' club, and a dedicated parking space next to your condo. When you check-in, the resort will collect this mandatory fee.
