"If you are looking for a place where you don't get any services other than house cleaning. Then you will be happy here. I like the rooms and I stayed mostly during the week so it was quite which I like. It's cold time of year so I didn't try the pools because they are both out doors. Parking is for one vehicle per room and they are not allowed pet's which is on the website. The reception was closed alot so if you needed assistance it's not helpful. I was happy doing my own thing though."

"This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go."

"One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. The shortbread in the kitchenette was delightful. Very close to local shops and cafes. Two doors down you have a range of food choices. Car space right outside the...
