Extras such as beach toys, ping pong & being pet friendly make this home perfect for a family or group of friends. Central location only a few mins stroll to the beach and a 5 min drive to the main village with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Nearby is local favourite Surf Shack Cafe, dairy, fish & chips and estuary walkway.

There are three comfortable bedroom all with Queen size beds opening into the living area. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and the other two bedrooms use the seperate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The garage has a laundry, ping pong table and lots of beach toys such as boogie boards and sun umbrellas for guest use. The large open plan lounge area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The living opens onto the landscaped garden and deck with an indoor/outdoor flow perfect for that holiday feel.

Relax on the outdoor bean bags enjoying a glass of wine while the kids run around on the lawn. Cook on that BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with ample seating options. It really doesn't get any easier on holiday!

There is room to park a small 4-6M boat at the property and there is a ramp 5 minutes away at Bowentown, with a protected tidal harbour for fishing, water skiing, kayaking and wind surfing or venture out across the bar for excellent fishing and diving. Enjoying a round of golf is possible in Waihi and Katikati. There are also mineral hot pools nearby at both Athenree Holiday Park and Sapphire Springs in Katikati (if you go to Sapphire Springs take the nearby walk to the southernmost giant Kauri in NZ, a short 30 min round trip through beautiful NZ bush).
