"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one...

"We stayed at one of the Signature Residences at Maui Banyan for a quick getaway and honestly wish we'd booked longer. Check-in was seamless — instructions arrived well before arrival and the keyless entry worked first try, which matters when you land late and just want to drop your bags. The unit itself is in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, real coffee maker, not the sad hotel-style stuff), the AC was quiet and cold, and the lanai caught the afternoon trade winds...

"You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag."

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. "The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. Also the carpet is very old and dirty and has a moldy and rotten smell, hurt my throat, and difficult to breath. Also all the window sills are very dirty. It is not in a livable condition. "It was a great and surprising stay! Everything was so new and comfy and perfect. Super service made by cleanliness best people ever! We did not expect it because of the price and therefore it wasn’t h better than we thought it would be! New chairs in every room to be taken to the beach! And great beach towels too. Complimentary continental breakfast was better than average other places. Just missed something salt in the breakfast. Congratulations again for great cleanliness!!! We just loved!"

"Most peaceful beach, gorgeous views, within walking distance to some of the most iconic restaurants, and a great grocery store with delicious poke! Feels like home, everyone (guests, staff, etc.) are all so friendly. We saw a monk seal, sea turtles, and whales! This is the best place to be in all of Maui. We met a couple who told us they’d been vacationing to the Mauian since they honeymooned 50 years ago!!! There’s a reason they keep coming back, and we will too! ❤️❤️❤️"
