"The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough."

"The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

"We did not use the hot tub, but the house was wonderful and suited our needs wonderfully. It was clean and waiting for us when we arrived; everything was just as was shone in the pictures or stated online. We would use it again if we need another place to stay. It would be a great place for overflow if many relatives or friends were all in Omaha for the weekend and you need more space."
