"For the price per night you won't find better value in town. Sure there is cheaper available but not without compromise. Rooms are adequately clean and well presented. Once a room had a build up of dust behind the sofa, not a dealbreaker. Windows offer plenty of natural light while the heavy blinds do well to block it out. Customer service is good. I've had courtesy calls to inquire about my expected arrival time and when it has been outside of reception hours I've received an addition text...

"The property is well maintained, very cosy and welcoming. Host Chris is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our little dog was most welcome and I think she enjoyed having a yard to sniff around in and play ball. I would highly recommend this to other travelers with dogs. Easy walk into the town for coffee or dinner at the local pub."
