"Super cute house perfectly situated in town and close to NSU which was the reason for our stay. Nicely decorated to make it a cozy stay. Will definitely plan to stay again, if our daughter decides to commit to NSU as a future Lady Riverhawk. A small suggestion would be to supply re-usable plastic containers for leftover food to be stored in fridge to have for next day, and maybe a sm/med sauce pot. Everything else you would need for a basic stay is available."

"The house was nice but a couple of areas were in disrepair and also amenities not as advertised. The tub in the master did not work, the double sink, only one sink worked, broken door on master bathroom. There was no grill and no gas for the fire pit, Garbage disposal did not work which caused the sink to flood and back up. The projector and Xbox was not available. Contacted vrbo owner and he said it was stolen. Queen bedroom upstairs was on a metal frame with no slats and the bed fell through....

"Truly clean and cozy. This little home is perfect. Owner, Lisa, has it wonderfully appointed from the coffee maker and Keurig to shampoo and body wash. The backyard is fenced and quite large too. Lisa even has a doggie “kit” ready with bags, towel, bucket for cleaning paws if needed, and a lint roller. When I saw that I thought, “She thought of everything.” The home is located so close to Main St making access so convenient to get to shops, restaurants and more. Beds are close to floor, firm yet...

"This was a very pleasant property. It worked out well with our small dog, too. It was on Graham Avenue so had a fair amount of road traffic at times, but it was not bothersome. Had a glitch in the check-in process in that the info sent to us by VRBO was not up to date. Although not listed as an amenity, it did have internet access via wifi."
