•The plunge pool is heated during summer & spring and it's saltwater. Please note pool is only heated for 5 hours during the day when the filter is on (up to 26 degrees). Please note this can take time to heat the pool especially in colder months
•Please ensure that all children are supervised in and around the pool area and the balcony.
•Please note that the home features approximately 34 stairs in total (there are two flights). The property is located in a duplex.
•If you required access to the internal elevator for mobility concerns, please advise at the time of booking to ensure a key is provided.
•We don't supply pool towels so please bring these along with you.
