We stayed for 3 nights and climbed Yr Wyddfa one day (approx 40 mins drive), visited Betwys Y Coed (~20 mins) and Zip world (less than 5 min). Thank you!"
"Our stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast. "We used Snowdonia Mountain Lodge as an overnight rest stop near to a family gathering. We were all really happy with the accommodation, and it was better than we would have expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean, warm, dry and comfortable. Also, there is a small fridge-freezer in the family apartment, which we didn't realise, but could be really useful to know for someone reading this review.

"Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."
"Betws-y-Coed is a perfect base camp for exploring the region and we were so fortunate to have picked Coed-y-Fron as our accommodation. Easy access to hiking trails, very good restaurants and a warm and friendly family run B&B. We stayed four nights and loved our room with a comfortable king size bed and updated private bath with shower. A memorable highlight of our cross country adventure in England and Wales!"
"Booked this hotel for a weekend due to location to Watkin Path. Staff so kind & helpful, Rooms clean & tidy with ensuite bathrooms including baths in two out of 3 rooms booked. Use of lift to rooms. Breakfast selection plentiful and hot, evening meals superb & well priced.
