"This is a perfect stay for an individual or couple. Unit is immaculate and the location is super convenient for trips to the beach or visiting in the area. Sombra is a quiet place with beautiful views of the water and lots of little parks to check out. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for our mini vacation with our son and his family. It was exactly as described. "Planned a fishing weekend with Friends. Our host and accommodations provided for a central location to launch our boat. And if you don’t have a boat, you can fish right from the backyard. Neighbours are great too. They offered their dock for us to cast in different areas. The place looks brand new. Clean and perfect with a large covered patio looking out to the lake. Our host was great. She was very quick to respond to questions and even help with some fishing spots. We plan on coming back!!"

"Very homey feeling to the whole property. Location is awesome, close enough to the downtown fun without burning too much gas, but far enough to enjoy a quiet setting. The interior aesthetic gives it a warm vibe with personal touch you won’t get from hotel rooms of any kind. On top of all it is reasonably priced which is fantastic in the world of today. 100% would stay here again!"

"This property was a cozy homebase for our family as we explored Chatham and the surrounding area. We appreciated the full kitchen and saved a lot of money eating most meals in. Dining on the backyard patio was especially relaxing. The fenced-in yard offered peace of mind, the property was well maintained, the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive when we needed to get in touch. We would definitely book again."

"The Golden Place was indeed… GOLDEN! The owners connected with us online and gave excellent instructions to arrive at the property. We were in town for an 80th birthday, and this condo allowed us to spread out and relax in between festivities. The whole place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an exquisite bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. The owners left a high chair and a crib for us. How thoughtful!! We made good use of the deck and even walked down...
