Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself."

"What a great place to be. We very much loved this wonderful cottage. It is so pretty nice and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Great view from living room and bed room over the fields down to the bay. And what a wonderful garden to relax. The cottage is located perfect to discover all the nice places of Cornwall. "The house was lovely & really well equipped . We particularly liked the living room . It is suitable for all ages with a small garden . Contact with the owner was easy & he even sent me a text from New Zealand to say we could get in the house early ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to go back ."

"Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again."

"Property was perfect size for 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids, comfortable but totally lacking basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper, vinaiger) and a clothes drying rack that one would expect for a property that doesn't have a dryer (in England where it rains). Property manager was responsive and purchased rack. For the price we paid I'd expect A+ cleaning but microwave had crumbs and cobwebs in corners."

"Birdsong was exactly as described and had everything you needed for your stay. The bedrooms were so quirky and different, loved them. Sadly the weather wasn't on our side so we didnt get to sit in the beautiful garden. The cream tea was an added treat, thank you Jane. Would absolutely love to visit again in the future."

"House is perfect for a family or group of friends ... plenty of room, incredibly well equipped with all modern conveniences but the charm of a proper beach house. The views were insane ... no matter what the weather they don't disappoint. Location was brilliant. Everything was as described and Emma and team were incredibly responsive. "After booking this house for a short winter break in December 2022 we really enjoyed our stay. Comm’s prior to our visit we’re clear and prompt with a small welcome pack with all the information you need for your arrival. Located in Rock, it’s. 15 minute walk from the sea front and has everything you need on its door step. The bakery is amazing!! 30 seconds down the road, Spar Shop and Chip Shop just around the corner with some other small local stores. We also attended the Bluntrock Brewery,...

"Fantastic setting to explore Cornwall. Lovely food served in restaurant in evenings. Reviews of uncomfortable beds were not bourne out and was very comfortable. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast in the B&B. For 2 days out of 3 continental breakfast in room not restocked, including milk so couldnt even have hot drink. Rather to have a reduced rate for bed only than promise something not delivered"
