Natural wooden tones, colourful complementary patterns, a roaring wood burner, and homely features add warmth and a touch of quirkiness, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The cosy snug provides a peaceful retreat for children after a busy day at the beach and the second utility room is a welcome addition. The second floor offers two king-size bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony, and an en-suite super-king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and doors out to the same balcony. The elegant shower room completes this level.
Outside, the enclosed, west-facing lawned front garden with a covered patio terrace offers a peaceful retreat to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. The patio extends around to the side of the house, leading to the front door and an outside shower, ideal for avid coastal explorers to wash off after a morning’s surf. Taking full advantage of the stunning coastal views, the two sea-facing balconies on the first and second floors provide ample space for sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. There is also an additional balcony at the rear of the building, accessible via the kitchen on the first floor; this quiet spot benefits from the morning sunlight. Additionally, outside, there is private parking for up to five cars at the front of the property.
