"This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...

"The host was very easy to work with and the house was very nice. There were a few spots in the home that could use a small repair or additional cleaning, but nothing major. A/C worked well and the kitchen was well stocked! We also liked the location as it is close to the Westgate shopping and entertainment area. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting for spring training baseball. The house is large and roomy. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of community space for cooking and gathering. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit. Our group of longtime friends had a blast reconnecting. This was a much more personal experience than staying in separate hotel rooms. I would highly recommend this place and will return for future spring trainings. "

"Ed, This home is beautifully updated,spacious and clean. The 5 adults with me raved about the comfort of beds,to die for shower amenities are top notch. My mom and dad spent Friday out back. Each cousin had a private space. The Desert Diamond Casino and West Gate were 1.5 miles away. The neighborhood was also clean and quiet. I noticed the trash can outdoors for animal waste. This home has everything you need and is literally center of every place you want to.My only suggestions. Please...
