"We liked the aesthetic and welcoming feel of the lobby and lounge area. It was not pleasant showering with the hard water. A water softener system is definitely needed there. The dead bolt on out door was not working and that was worrisome."

"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night.
