Green Door Lofts -Magnolia Loft, Silos/Downtown

Green Door Lofts, featured on Fixer Upper `Urban Loft Challenge` and referred to as `Funky Town` by Chip, is a 9-unit luxury loft complex in the heart of Waco`s bustling Silo District. We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.



The Magnolia Loft is a fun, unique loft home where Magnolia style and urban living merge into a fun, funky vibe. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfy king-sized bed with pressed, triple-sheeted linens. In the living room there is wall-mounted queen-sized Murphy bed. The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer. Guests will also love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee, tea, and of course my mom`s cinnamon rolls. Entertainment includes a 65 inch SmartTV with Direct TV/Netflix. Each bedroom also has Direct TV. Cool LED lighting in the living room helps set the mood for any occasion. Please note, this loft is a larger two bedroom unit that sits toward the rear of my building on the second floor. If you are fans of `Fixer Upper` you will recognize this unit as the loft that Chip really liked, but was at the back of the complex. I have three additional units on the second floor that are one bedroom units that are toward the front. These are the Tuna, Urban Cowboy, and Retro lofts. I can also suggest a very nice first floor unit that has 3 bedrooms at the front of the property, the Stained Glass Loft.



The building`s courtyard has a seasonally HEATED pool with lounge chairs and tables. The mezzanine deck overlooks the avenue below - perfect for people watching!



A unique code for keyless entry makes check-in and check-out flexible and convenient. The owner lives on-site and can be reached by cell phone any time. We`re happy to provide suggestions for local eateries and activities, in addition to the loft`s information guide.



Step next door for the historic Waco Hippodrome Theatre or continue down the street for eclectic shops, wine tasting rooms, live music, and the infamous, Magnolia Market. Waco`s free trolley stops outside the loft before carrying on to the Silos.



Downtown Waco has plenty of free street parking and Ubers are readily available. We have a free parking garage on the first floor for our guests. The loft is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We are directly on the free trolley route for shopping around the Silos.



The Magnolia Loft is on the second floor and accessed only by stairs. If this is an issue, please consider our 3 bedroom listing on the first floor.
