This spacious vacation home with a view of the Baltic Sea is located in an idyllic, quiet village right next to Eckernförde Bay (a 15-minute walk from the beach). Two terraces and a garden with a lawn and flower beds offer a variety of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The house features a new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and an oven, a fridge-freezer, and a range hood; a living room with a centrally heated tiled stove; two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds, with an extra bed available); a shower room and separate toilet on the upper floor; and a garage. You can use a washing machine and a clothesline. <br>A beach chair on the natural Langholz beach is available to provide protection from the wind and sun, as are two bicycles.<br><br><br>The house’s location, with a view of the Baltic Sea in a quiet cul-de-sac near unspoiled nature, offers ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in any season. The town and its surroundings offer a variety of recreational activities, such as well-developed bike paths and hiking trails, golf at the nearby Gut Sophienhof, an equestrian center in town with horseback riding tours such as children’s rides and guided treks, as well as swimming, surfing, and fishing at Langholz Beach or fishing trips from Eckernförde. You can also enjoy the spa and wellness offerings at the Baltic Sea resort town of Damp. <br>In town, there’s a snack bar right on the beach and the “Fischerkate” restaurant with a terrace and garden, along with other restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.<br>Various excursion destinations in this region of the Baltic Sea include Eckernförde with its beautiful harbor and small old town, Kappeln, Arnis, and Schleswig an der Schlei, as well as the seaside resort of Damp.
