"Great outdoor area with fire pits to relax"

"Booked this place due to its good reviews and 3 things disappointed me: 1. Quality of the bed. I woke up multiple times because the bed would make noises at any movement 2. Shower with very little water 3. Cleanness of the bathroom. Could be improved"

"We only stayed 2 nights. However on the 2nd day no one touched our room. No new towels and nothing wiped off. I ask the desk mgr and she said they don't do that but every few days and deep clean after 6 days. Based on what I paid that is not acceptable."

"Easy to get to, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Nice hotel."

"The elevator had been out for several days due to a major electrical component failure. I was put on the 4th floor. As a senior with moderate mobility, it was an issue. They were able to accommodate me by adjusting my bill. It was a peak leaf viewing weekend and the rate was not in line with the situation."

"Primeiramente cheguei para fazer o check in e o atendente pediu minha identidade. Expliquei que só tinha passaporte pois era estrangeira e ele querendo minha identidade, completamente absurdo. O quarto é razoavelmente bom, não possui secador de cabelo. A limpeza do hotel é mediana. Para dormir uma noite apenas é suportável. "

"Lovelly staff and they make our stay marvelous"

"The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!"

"Charming little cottage on quiet street. Very convenient to the Biltmore Estate. More breakfast choices would have been nice."

"Everything was nice, clean, friendly staff, nice variety for breakfast."
