"O prédio não tem elevador, então prepare-se para subir pelo menos quatro andares de escada com suas bagagens. Também achei que deveria haver sal, açúcar e azeite no local, pois são coisas que se usam muito pouco e que não precisam ficar sendo compradas. Uma garrafa de água de boas vindas não seria nada mau também. \afinal o apartamento pode estar fechado há tempos e a água das torneiras demora a ficar boa para beber, isso quando é confiável."

"Very nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But it’s really hard to find since it’s on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance. "

"O apart fica em um local bem privilegiado de Kyiv, próximo a várias atrações. O quarto é ótimo, grande e iluminado. Mas achei algumas coisas complicadas: 1- quando você chega no apart, não tem referência alguma sobre o andar que ele é localizado, então tive que ligar para a recepção para saber para onde teria que ir. 2- cheguei perto das 23:30 e nesse horário o porteiro não trabalhae portanto o elevador também não! Tive que subir quatro andares de escada com uma mala pesada nas mãos. Por sorte...
