"It was clear that something was off when the soap and shampoo dispensers in the3 bathroom were empty and the towels had been washed and re-used well past their useful life. The property is in a blighted area with a number of abandoned businesses, and from the outside this ABVI also looked abandoned. The worst was the breakfast. They told us it was from 6 to 9. When we got there at 6 no one was there. There was a thermos of coffee from the night before or maybe the night before that. There...

"They do not accept Expedia. If you make a reservation with Expedia and pay for it, that's too bad, as they won't accept it and you'll have to pay again and then go back and deal with Expedia. "We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!"
