Viggsö Udde - A truly amazing place.

An entire private peninsula surrounded by water on 270 degrees. All in the tranquility of nature. A total of 11,000 square meters of tranquility.

Nature at its best. On the western tip of the famous ABBA Island. Your own beach, trails, cliffs, and swimming piers. Three houses, a luxury glamping tent, and a seaside sauna.

The sun sets directly out over the ocean. A motorboat is included. A sailing dinghy, SUP, kayaks, fishing rods, etc.: all free to use. Easy access via daily ferries from downtown Stockholm.

A large house, a guest house, and a seaside cottage. All were newly renovated and the exteriors were painted in 2023 in umber green. An amazing glamping tent.

The large house has a spacious living room. The new kitchen opens onto the living room and the fireplace. Master bedroom with a double bed; children’s room with a 120 cm and 90 cm bunk bed.

The guest cottage has two bunk beds, with the bottom bunk measuring 120 cm and the top bunk 90 cm.

Wood-burning sauna with free firewood.

Five different patios with umbrellas, sofas, dining tables, hammocks, and kids’ climbing frames. Private headland for walking and playing. Pick blueberries and build sandcastles. There are plenty of toys, inflatable boats, kayaks, small sailboats, etc.

If you’re coming by car, there’s easy parking at Boda Brygga, followed by a ferry ride to the island. Then it’s a 10-minute walk to the house. From downtown Stockholm (Strömkajen), there are numerous ferries to the island. I can help you find out the ferry schedules. Once you arrive at the house, you’ll have free access to a motorboat.

Note: You must clean the house before leaving; there is no cleaning service on the island.
