Kitchen as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 10 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with WC.

Risika. The villa is situated on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in a carport.
