An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge and TV. You have access to the 15 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 single bed.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. You have access to the 35 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Vrbnik, district of Vrbnik. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Parking spaces are available free of charge 200 m from the accommodation. The accommodation is not directly accessible by car.
