The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Smoking facility, children's bicycles included. Mini-golf, skittles, slide, basketball, volleyball. 3 fitness devices, shower/WC on the ground floor. Nintendo Wii. Karaoke bar with TV, DVD, fridge, kitchenette, and CD stereo system on the ground floor. Options to order: car rental, tourist services, transfer from airport or train station (please pre-order). Finnish sauna for about 3 people including equipment (essence, towels, massage shower), it is a Finnish sauna with an electric heater with stones that are doused with special water and essences. Children possible on request, must be confirmed by the owner.

Your villa consists of 3 floors, 7 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 280 sqm and can accommodate up to 18 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your villa can be heated with electric heating and central heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over 5 steps and an external stair and a 35 sqm terrace and a 35 sqm balcony directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, TV, DVD, stereo system, radio and CD. You have access to the 35 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 3 tables, 20 chairs and parasol. Dining room as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 20 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 cots. Cooking nook with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. You have access to the terrace.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 3 additional beds at sleeping accommodation (appropriate under 2 years) and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Vranov - Cercany, 400 m ASL. The villa is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot and waterfront property with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Living area approx. 280 sqm. Quiet, safe location. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 5 m). Parking (for 5 cars) in carport and on the property.
