"I was there with my wife and one of our daughters to attend a memorial for a deceased family member. My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! "Incredible! The pics don’t do it justice. I spent so much time on the back porch listening to the water and watching the deer. The other cabin is not visible at all so you feel completely secluded. The house was spotlessly clean. It’s laid out perfectly and has everything you need. The steps to get to the loft (bedroom) are essentially a ladder so be warned if you have mobility issues. It was perfect for 2 people. Would probably be cramped with more than that. The local wine was a nice touch....

"My 19 yr old daughter has always wanted a treehouse, but never had one. We decided since she never had one of her own, we should at least stay at one and found this beautiful treehouse! The pictures are spot on and the treehouse is even cooler in person! Everything feels so welcoming and inviting, including the touches by the host, such as the local bottle of wine! "We were VERY pleased with our stay. Hal is a fantastic host and responded quickly when we had an issue with the tv. One note...if you stay during the week, be sure to call places to see if they are open before making the drive. We found some places closed - despite Google saying they were open. "
