- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Moulinex Subito filter coffee machine, raclette set and fondue set for 8 people...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), a double sofa bed, and a shower room (shower) and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed, with a shower room and toilet. A single bed can be added here.
- Bedroom 3: four single beds
- A bathroom (with bath)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot, bottle warmer, hairdryer, steam iron and ironing board, and a Brita filter jug.
Outdoors:
- An above-ground swimming pool (unheated and shared) measuring 5.49 × 2.75 × 1.35 m, accessible from 1 May to 1 November, from 9 am to 10 pm. The pool’s opening dates and times are provided for information only and are not binding.
- A garden shared with the owners, semi-enclosed and very sunny, with a swing available for children.
- A 20 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Vougy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- In winter, you can enjoy numerous nearby ski resorts: Les Carroz (20 km / approx. 30 minutes), Flaine (35 km / approx. 50 minutes), Praz de Lys-Sommand (28 km / approx. 40 minutes), Samoëns (25 km / 35 minutes), La Clusaz (45 minutes)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. The car park is outdoor and tarmac-surfaced, suitable for all types of car.
By car, it’s easy to get to all the surrounding towns thanks to quick access to the D1205 road and the A40 motorway, between Cluses and Bonneville.

- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking. You must not leave your pet alone in the accommodation. The owners can provide pet-sitting and/or walking services if required whilst you are away.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen is provided and beds are made on your arrival. Towels are not included.
- The ground floor of the house is occupied by the owners, who may also use the garden.
- Bike hire (road or mountain bikes) is available on site for €5 per person per day. Please book with the property owner and pay on site.
- Children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are subject to change.
