"I brought my two dogs to enjoy some fresh air, nature, and long walks. The place and property looked beautiful from the pictures, sometimes that can be deceiving, however I was absolutely blown away. The photos don’t do it justice. I would like to start out by saying the hosts (Ken & Courtney) were very welcoming and thoughtful, that’s very apparent from the moment to you step into the treehouse. The property is absolutely breathtaking and so very peaceful. My favorite rental I have ever stayed...

"It was so peaceful and beautiful. My kids and I stayed. We had a lot of fun. We enjoyed using that oven. The sink is cute. I slept on the bottom bunk it was so incredibly comfortable. Enjoyed the porch a great deal. "

"This was our second time staying at the Buffalo Cabin. We first visited in June 2025 and loved it so much that we returned to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Both experiences were amazing! "Wonderful cabin and setting! Enjoyed our stay very much. Our car is 2WD without high clearance, but with careful driving on the gravel road we had no problem. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch overlooking the grounds and the river, or in the gazebo down by the water. We would happily return and definitely recommend. "
