"Die Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Die Entfernungen zum Strand bzw. zum Ortskern/Hafen sind kurz (10 Minuten Fußweg). Der Balkon ist schön groß und bietet einen Blick auf die Ostsee und begrenzt auch auf den Bodden (Sonne ab mittags auf dem Balkon - September). Die vorhandene Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, der Fitnessraum ist ausreichend gut und modern ausgestattet."

"Auf den ersten Blick schien alles perfekt, doch bei genauerem hinsehen gab es dann doch ein paar Ecken hinsichtlich Sauberkeit. Der Hausflur war von Freitag bis Sonntag voller Sand, was auf den Treppen Rutschgefahr bedeutet. Im Hausflur fanden sich nicht gebrauchte Gegenstände (Kinder-Stuhl, Wc Sitz und Tritt), welche man im vorhandenen Schrank unterbringen können. Hinter dem Schrank eines Zimmers fanden sich Handschuhe. "Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Der außerordentlich schnell antwortet. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was einem einen kurzen wie langen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Die sehr helle und modern wirkende Wohnung hat als kleines Schmankel Kunstwerke. Die Wohngegend selbst ist sehr ruhig. Keine 60m weiter gibt es eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn. "
