Your holiday apartment is located in the 1. Upstairs of our house. The bright and well-equipped apartment has 82 square meters and is ideal for 2 to a maximum of 5 people.

It has two separate, spacious bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, the other with two comfortable single beds. For a cozy get-together or just to relax loads a large living room with dining area. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped. Among other things, it contains an oven with a ceramic hob, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, bread cutter and dishes. The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet will more than meet your needs.

As a special highlight, the apartment has a large balcony with garden furniture, which is located in the direction of the idyllic garden at the back of the house.

All cyclists will find space for their bikes in the garage. Cars can be parked in the yard. Free Wi-Fi is also available for you.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Volkach, only 9 minutes walk from the historic old town center.

It was built in 1959 by our parents and grandparents and raised and renovated in 1970 for the first time. Now we have it in 2018 inside, as well as outside renovated and modernized. Among other things, the roof was renewed and raised, creating a second bright and modern apartment.

Behind the house extends the garden with idyllic green areas and a large cherry tree, which will provide shade.

Your car will find a good place in the yard and next to the garage in the adjacent annex you can park your bikes. Two of our bikes are available for free.
