"I was so pleased with how clean and tidy the cabin was upon entering! The property offered everything we were looking for: just yards away from miles and miles of hiking trails, to lake activities steps away, to restaurants and adventures within 15 minutes (or less) driving. You can “check out” kayaks, floaties and other things at the lake to use while there. Was exactly what we were hoping. The bed was very soft. (I’d much prefer that than too hard!) The kitchen has everything you could need...

"The Chalet was clean and well-kept, the provided instructions for our stay were so easy and clear, the amenities were plentiful and as advertised, and we have never had the pleasure of working with a host as attentive, kind and pleasant as Chris! The location is beautiful and was perfect for a quiet weekend away from 4th of July fireworks (my dog doesn’t do well with fireworks). "This amazing home was ideal for our group of five families celebrating a 50th birthday. There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The adults also went wine tasting to some of the many, many nearby wineries. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with anything we needed including kitchen supplies, games, and pool towels. Beds were very comfortable including the four extra single beds which were easy to set up. Communicating with the owner was no problem....

"Great house for a big family! Well maintained and well stocked/equipped! Owner was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues which they addressed within hours. "We had a great time at the Roost Cabin. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck taking in the scenery. We loved the area and took several hikes at the nearby Calaveras Big Trees park and also drove up to Lake Alpine. We would definitely love to come to this cabin again. "

"We had a great time. It was so relaxing. There was so much that was provided which I didn’t expect. The house was very clean and organized. Originally we were going to bring our dogs, but I didn’t want to worry about them with having 2 young children too. The dogs would have done fine with the way the property is fenced off so now I know for next time. We slept in master bedroom with our 2 year old and 10 month old and couldn’t hear anything upstairs which was great. "

"Very comfortable and clean. Great outdoor patio. Fun pool area with water aerobics classes and bingo and kids activities. Will look to rent again!"

"Our stay at Arnold’s Cozy Cabin was perfect! The house is beautiful and nestled among the pines in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the kindest neighbors. It was a convenient drive to the supermarket (less than 5 minutes), coffee shop, Big Trees, White Pines Lake, and Murphy’s were all a short drive away too, which made our stay very memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Manny and team for the wonderful stay and your responsiveness to all our needs!"
