"Bud was very welcoming and friendly. Great location and rainforest setting. Bed linens and towels clean but very worn. Carpet stained and needs cleaned/replaced.No dishwasher and furniture was tired. Outside areas cluttered. "

"I didn’t actually stay there. I had reserved the entire property in may and december23, the Monday before we were supposed to arrive the owner said they were no longer able to accommodate us. They asked me to cancel the stay in order to receive a refund and didn’t answer any calls or emails for help in finding an alternative. Vrbo gave me a credit but was unable to help secure lodging at the last minute (we were already on the island). The volcano erupted Monday so maybe that had something to do...
