You’ll have private access to the entire property, including the kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, and expansive garden. Off-street parking for two vehicles is provided, and bikes can easily be rolled up to the house.

By Air: Fly into La Rochelle or Bordeaux airports, both within driving distance.

By Train: The nearest train stations are in Saint Savinien and Saintes.

Local Convenience: While there are no shops within walking distance, a short bike ride will take you to the local store in Les Nouillers for essentials.

Things to Note

The property includes steps: from the parking area to the garden, from the garden to the kitchen, and two steps inside the home. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
