Pretty new and comfortable house between towns and lakes
## Space
The house looks like this:
On the ground floor, you will enter directly into the large open living room and find:
- a living room area with sofas, coffee table, flat screen television, books and games
- a dining area with its wooden table and six chairs
- a modern and very well equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender, etc.) with its island and 3 high chairs
You will also find on the ground floor: a cloakroom, separate toilets, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a small pantry with raclette machine, crepe maker, waffle maker, etc.
Upstairs, you will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1 type parental equipped with a queen-size 160cm bed, a cupboard/wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Bedroom 2: 160 cm queen size bed which can be converted into two 80 cm single beds (to be specified when booking) and cupboard/wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed and chest of drawers
- Independent bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Outside,
You can enjoy the outdoor dining room (which will be installed in the spring) on the terrace, in the shade of a large tree!
You will also benefit from a plancha.
The property is not enclosed, but you can use a cellar if you wish to secure bicycles or various equipment.
Please note that, for your comfort:
- Sheets and towels are provided and set up
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible on request except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.
- The house has a Wifi internet connection
- You can park 2 to 3 vehicles in the private outdoor car park
The house is located on the first heights of Voglans, so you will be:
- 5 minutes by car from the Landiers commercial area, where you can do groceries and shopping
- Less than 10 minutes by car from the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, etc.) –
- Less than 20 minutes from the city center by car from the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (Club 1895) open all year round –
- Less than 15 minutes from the city center by car of the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a large architectural heritage –
- 40 minutes by car from the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz –
Before your arrival at the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
Voglans is located near the Chambéry motorway exit, so you will be, via the Alpine motorway network:
- 1 hour from Geneva
- 1 hour from Lyon (50 minutes from the airport)
- 45 minutes from Grenoble
- 40 minutes from Annecy
- 5 minutes from the small Chambéry airport
