6 total beds (1 apartment) The house is located on the outskirts of Schmittlotheim directly at the forest and is the ideal starting point for your hikes and excursions into nature. Children have a lot to discover here and due to the location there is no traffic. The garden offers space for relaxing and barbecuing. A seating area, comfortable loungers and a grill are available. Parking at the house is possible, bicycles or motorbikes can be parked in the garage. The nearest bus stop is only 200 m from the house. The train station is also within walking distance.

Apartment Zum Erlau:
The bright and spacious apartment is located on the upper floor of the family house and offers sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) and one with a bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m. In another living room, through which both bedrooms can be reached, there is a sofa bed with a bed size of 1.50 x 2.00 m. In this walk-through room our guests have their own washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. This is completely in the closet and therefore does not disturb the comfort. The modern, bright kitchen has a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven and a fridge with freezer. Coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and blender as well as complete cookware and dishes are also available. In the cozy living room there is a leather seating area as well as a flat-screen TV and a CD player with radio. WiFi is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bathtub with shower facilities as well as a cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bath mats are provided. A cot can be provided on request.
