The ground floor features an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional WC. One of the ground floor bedrooms has its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace with a pool, perfect for sunbathing.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The large terrace offers stunning views of the sea and the Brijuni Archipelago, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets.
The outdoor area of the villa includes a pool, a barbecue area, and a sun deck, ideal for relaxation and socializing.
