Villa Cubic is located in a small village near Pula called Peroj. The villa offers everything for a carefree and romantic vacation for two. The open plan living area consists of a bedroom with a cozy double bed, a bathroom and a spacious living room with satellite TV, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From the living room you have direct access to the pool area and the garden. As you will see, the villa is fully equipped and furnished with great care. The details create a warm atmosphere that will make you feel at home. In front of the villa is a beautiful pool where you can enjoy the warm summer breeze while taking a refreshing dip. Just a few steps away there is a gas barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved one. The location of the villa itself is an ideal base for many day trips, but if you decide not to leave it, small stores, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the villa. Peroj is located near the picturesque village of Fazana and about 10 km from the 3000 year old town of Pula. From Fazana you can reach the only national park in Istria that is called heaven on earth - the Brijuni National Park. This archipelago of 14 islands offers a unique natural environment for rare and rich flora and fauna. Visit the beautiful beaches, bike trails, golf course and safari park in the national park. Fazana on the other hand is known as a place with a long fishing tradition and the sardine, which is an unavoidable delicacy here! Less than half an hour's drive from Peroj, you can reach the largest city in Istria - Pula, with its symbol, the Roman amphitheater, which is the 6th largest in the world. Also a short drive from Peroj is one of the most photogenic towns in the Mediterranean - Rovinj. Visit the hinterland of Istria with its charming small hilltop towns such as Motovun, Buzet and Groznjan.
