1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 9 sqm and with gas stove (2 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower and WC. Bathroom 4 sqm and with bathtub, shower, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Peroj. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
