On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with a private shower and WC, as well as air conditioning. This level also features a dedicated playroom with air conditioning and direct access to the swimming pool. A separate entrance on the ground floor leads to a Finnish sauna, a shower, a separate WC, and an exit to the swimming pool.

The upper floor serves as the main living area and hosts 4 bedrooms, each appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and individual air conditioning units, all with direct access to the swimming pool. Also on this level, 1 additional bedroom is equipped with a French bed of the same dimensions, a full bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with a private exit to the terrace.
