Stay in this detached family home that is located on a beautiful swimming/surfing lake and is close to the fishing/waterway with an unobstructed view. The holiday home stands on a very spacious plot and shares play and water sports facilities with the neighboring house on the property boundary. Next to the house is an outdoor spa ready for use and the Finnish sauna can be reached from the outside. During the watersports season, there is an open tour boat with outboard motor ready at the jetty for exploring the area. You can also go fishing, cycling and exploring different restaurants at a short walk away. Enjoy barbecue meals near the outdoor fireplace. There is a net swing, large trampoline, seesaw and horizontal bar so that kids do not feel bored here! There are a 2-person kayak and a 2-person canoe ready and a 6-person pedal boat at the jetty. A short sailing instruction is provided on arrival. The house has 2 parking spaces and is pet-free and smoke-free.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
