Welcome to the beautiful Villa Belle with Pool in Istria! A modern 4-star villa extends on 2 floors, boasts 7bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 toilet. It can accommodate up to 14persons. Villa is located in a small village of Jadruhi near Vizinada near Porec town that is just 30 minutes away by car.
The highlight of the property is the outdoor swimming pool of 48 m2. It is equipped with comfortable beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower. You will be relaxed just by observing the peaceful area full of greenery.
A dining area next to the pool has a grill and is a great place for a romantic dinner.
A terrace in front of the villa that offers a pool view is also a cozy seating area.
The exterior of the Villa Belle is rustic, but its interior is very bright and modern. On the ground floor, there is a lovely kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. A comfortable living area features sofas, a flat TV, a fireplace for a romantic atmosphere. 2 bedrooms have a modern en-suite bathroom.
The first floor has 5bedrooms,4 king-size beds and one with twin beds. All have a balcony with a park view. On the balconies, you can enjoy the sunset.
In the large garden, your kids can play badminton or football on a fenced property.
Behind the villa, there are 5 parking places at disposal. The villa is completely covered with Wi-Fi and has satellite channels.
